Rob is a contractors helper. He is a great worker, happy to do anything we ask of him. He's more than happy to do the heavy lifting!
Rob spends his free time playing pool or poker. He also follows Cleveland sports teams. He is a metal scrapper, doing his part to save the environment. An interesting fact about Rob, he has no sense of smell!
I followed the recommendation of my Realtor and engaged Holland Remodeling for a project at a vacant 2,300 square foot condominium in Akron. The owner was a heavy smoker and all surfaces were badly stained and the smell was a negative to every prospective buyer. Holland’s crew removed dated wallpaper from the kitchen and three bathrooms then primed, patched and painted all ceilings and walls throughout the house including the paneling in the den. They also removed pet-stained carpeting and left a clean, fresh space for any prospective buyer to complete with their own finishing touches. Wanting to beat the end of the prime selling season, we gave Holland a rather tight deadline to complete the work. Kurt Karhoff fit our project into their busy schedule and arranged to have as many crew working as possible to complete the job right on schedule. The work site was kept clean and neat during the project and the workers went above and beyond to ensure that the Realtor was able to continue to show the house to prospective buyers while work progressed. Kurt Karhoff and Joyce Bailey came to my office at different times to discuss the project and billing which was a great convenience for me. Considering the scope of work, tight deadline and excellent end result, I would not hesitate to recommend Holland Remodeling.
