Email: kurt@hollandrb.com Kurt brings over fifteen years of hands on construction experience to Holland Remodeling. Kurt began his career building custom homes for Hile Construction in Findlay Ohio. Through experience he learned how to analyze situations and make the necessary adjustments to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity. This led to Kurt becoming a Project Superintendent for Hile Construction and then Nahas Construction when he moved to Akron. In 2007, Kurt started Holland Remodeling & Building, LLC.
As President, Kurt oversees the overall operation of the company as well as developing and implementing long-range goals to ensure continued growth and stability within the company.- Joe Soucek

Email: joe@hollandrb.com - Joe has worked in the Residential and Commercial Industry for 14 Years. He received his journeyman status in 1999 after completing his apprenticeship through the Carpenters Union. His years of experience in the field promoted him to Foreman status on many large commercial jobs. In 2003 Joe left Architectural Interior Renovations to start JHS Construction and in 2007 partnered with Holland Remodeling.
As the Estimator and Project Manager for Holland, Joe is responsible for quantifying hard-bid proposals, issuing all major Subcontracts and Purchase Orders, overseeing and monitoring project budgets, creating and monitoring of progress schedules, value engineering as well as coordinating and conducting project meetings for Holland's widely diverse group of clients. - Jim Ries

Email: jries@hollandrb.com - Jim has over 25 year's construction experience in residential and commercial sites. Jim spent 5 years as a jobsite foreman in commercial and residential construction and remodeling. This experience led to 10 years spent as a Superintendent of Residential Construction with Companies including Prestige Homes. Jim then Spent 10 years working on his own Residential Remodeling Business before joining Holland Remodeling in 2007.
As the Project Superintendent, Jim is responsible for all field activities. His duties include the coordination and supervision of all field employees and activities as well as the coordination and distribution of equipment and resources. Jim conducts regular project meetings with the design team, the owner as well as subcontractors.
