I have owned a State Farm Insurance Agency in Medina, Ohio since December of 2003. In December of 2011 I needed to have a wall constructed to change the layout of the office due to a new employee joining our team. I had met Kurt Karhoff of Holland Remodeling & Building, LLC through various community events so I decided to contact him to give me an estimate for the work we needed to be done. Of the 5 or so contractors providing us quotes, Holland was by far the fastest, most competitively priced & accurate. For this reason I decided to give them the job. They were very flexible with their hours and they worked with our busy schedule to accommodate appropriate construction time. The wall was constructed and completed in a matter of a day and a half. Not only did the project turn out very nice, the best part is that the work was done how and when they said it would be done and my final bill was actually lower than the original estimate. I’m very grateful for the work Kurt and his team provided and I would highly recommend them for any home or business construction products you may need to complete.
